【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifiestestmethodsforthedeterminationofthestability,thestrengthandthedurabilityofalltypesofofficetablesdesignedforuseintheseatedand/orstandingposition,e.g.worktables,height-adjustabletables,meetingtablesanddesks.Itappliestotablesthatarefullyassembledandreadyforuse.ThisInternationalStandarddoesnotcontaintestmethodsforstorageelements,whichcanbefoundinISO7170.Thetestsconsistoftheapplication,tovariouspartsoftheunit,ofloads,forcesandvelocitiessimulatingnormalfunctionaluse,aswellasmisuse,thatcanreasonablybeexpectedtooccur.Withtheexceptionofthedeflectionoftabletops,thetestsaredesignedtoevaluatepropertieswithoutregardtomaterials,design/constructionormanufacturingprocesses.Thetestresultsarevalidonlyfortheunit/componenttested.Theseresultscanbeusedtorepresenttheperformanceofproductionmodelsprovidedthatthetestedmodelisrepresentativeoftheproductionmodel.TestscarriedoutaccordingtothisInternationalStandardareintendedtodemonstratetheabilityoftheitemtogivesatisfactoryserviceinitsintendedenvironment.Itisnecessarytounderstandthatsuchtestsdonotensurethatstructuralfailurewillnoteventuallyoccurasaresultofhabitualmisuseorafteranexcessivelylongperiodofservice.Thetestshavebeendevelopedforunits/componentsthathavenotbeeninuse.However,whenproperlyjustified,theycanbeusedforfaultinvestigation.ThisInternationalStandardspecifiestestmethodsonly.Itdoesnotspecifyrequirements.Theseshouldbespecifiedinarequirementsdocument.Ifthisisnotavailable,suggestedforcesandcyclescanbefoundinAnnexA.Assessmentofageinganddegradationisnotincluded.
