【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiesrequirementsfornon-electrolyticallyappliedcoatings,composedmainlyofzincflakes,forprotectionagainstcorrosionofsteelcomponents,excludingthreadedfasteners.Thesecoatingsmayalsobeprovidedwithintegrallubricantifneeded.NOTE1RequirementsforthreadedfastenersaregiveninENISO10683.Thetemperatureanddurationofcuringthecoatingcaninfluencethemechanicalpropertiesofcomponentsbecauseoftheirchangeofmetallurgicalconditions.Thesecoatingsshouldnotbeappliedtocomponentsthatcanbeusedattemperatureshigherthanthecuringtemperature,unlessspecificallyordered.NOTE2Ifaluminiumflakes,whenaddedtozincflakedispersion,formacontinuousbond,ahighriskofhydrogenembrittlementforsteelsoftensilestrengthover1800MPamayexistbecauseofthesacrificialactionofthecoatingduringcorrosionreactionsinstorageand/orinservice.
