【摘要】:Thisguideisintendedforon-siteassessmentofin-serviceoperationbyshorttermmeasurementofappropriatesystemfunctionsunderrepresentativeoperatingconditions.Primaryapplicationisforresidentialsystemsandmedium-sizemulti-familyunitsorcommercialbuildings.Useofback-upconventionalDHWheatingsystemisassumedtoaugmentsolarheating.Thisguideisintendedforusebysuppliers,installers,consultantsandhomeownersinevaluatingon-siteoperationofaninstalledsystem.Emphasisisplacedonsimplifiedmeasurementsthatdonotrequirespecialskills,intrusiveinstrumentation,systemmodificationorinterruptionofservicetothepurchaser.Thepurposeofthisguideistoverifythatthesystemisfunctioning.Copiesofalldataandreportsmustbesubmittedbythetestinggrouptotheownerorhisorherdesignatedagent.Dataandreportsfromtheseproceduresandtestsmaybeusedtocomparethesystemperformanceovertime,butshouldnotbeusedtocomparedifferentsystemsorinstallations.Testisforanewlyinstalledsystemandalsoforperiodicchecking.1.1Thisguidecoversproceduresandtestmethodsforconductinganon-siteinspectionandacceptancetestofaninstalleddomestichotwatersystem(DHW)usingflatplate,concentrating-typecollectorsortankabsorbersystems.1.2Itisintendedasasimpleandeconomicalacceptancetesttobeperformedbythesysteminstalleroranindependenttestertoverifythatcriticalcomponentsofthesystemarefunctioningandtoacquirebaselinedatareflectingoverallshorttermsystemheatoutput.1.3Thisguideisnotintendedtogenerateaccuratemeasurementsofsystemperformance(seeASHRAEstandard95-1981foralaboratorytest)orthermalefficiency.1.4ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.Thevaluesgiveninparenthesesareforinformationonly.1.5Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.

适用范围
本标准规定了位于油舱及水舱舱底的焊接环座和放泄螺塞的尺寸及材料。
油舱和水舱以下列形式存在：
———结构液舱，作为船体结构的一个完整部分的液舱；
———独立液柜，位于适当的舱室和隔舱中的可拆分液柜。
本标准规定的放泄装置适用于以上两种舱柜。 本标准等同采用ＩＳＯ５４８３：２００３《船舶与海上技术 油舱及水舱放泄装置》（英文版）。
